Ingredients


    Crust:
    Murray Sugar Free Chocolate Bites, 5 poches
    Nabisco, 100 Calorie Pack, Oreo Thin Crisps, 23 gram(s)
    Stevia Cane, 3 tsp
    *Butter Land O Lakes Light Butter w/Canola oil 1 tbsp, 1 serving
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .125 cup

    Filling:
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup
    hersheys sugar freee chocolate chips, 5 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 32 oz
    *Reduced fat cream cheese (neufatchel), 8 oz
    Stevia Cane, 36 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Bobs Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, .2 TBS
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 TBS
    Horizon Organic Egg Whites 3 tablespoons, 2 serving
    Egg, fresh, 2 large

Tips

If desired top with lo cal whipped topping, almonds and or sugar free chocolate syrup. Just remember to add the extra calories!


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325

Set cheeses out and bring to room temp to ease mixing later.

Crumble all cookies in blender. Toss crumbs, butter, Stevia Cane and applesauce with a fork in a bowl. Press this into the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan sprayed with non stick spray.

Prepare filling by combining milk, and chocolate chips in a small bowl and microwaving on HIGH for one minute. Stir till smooth. Add cocoa and whisk in. Combine cheeses in another large bowl and mix on igh until creamy and smooth. Add Stevia Cane and vanilla extract. Next pour in chocolate mixture and beat well to combine. Add flour and mix in well, then add eggs one at a time and beat all together until well blended.

Pour filling mix into pan with the crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour until almost set. Remove from oven and run knife around edge to loosen.Let cool on wire rack to room temp. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours.
