    1 can Goya Black Beans (15.5 oz)
    1 can Goya Kidney Beans (15.5oz)
    1 Bell Pepper chopped
    85/15% Ground Beef 16oz
    1.5 cups shelled Soy Beans (Edamame)
    1 can Marinara Sauce (3 cups)
    salt & pepper

Tips

add spice to your taste


Directions

saute onions, pepper, soy beans over med heat, add beef cook until meat is browned. add beans and sauce and cook on low heat until everything is cooked through, salt & pepper to taste
