Ingredients

    Large head of Cabbage
    1 can tomato w/ green chilies
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 lb ground Chicken
    chili powder
    salt / pepper
    Onion Powder
    soy sauce
    Garlic powder

Directions

Cut cabbage up and place in your crockpot with a little water. Cook on high for 3-5 hours, or on low 7-8 hours. Add tomatoes to the cooked cabbage and start browning the meat in a seperate pan. After the chicken is pretty done add the seasonings coating the chicken for the last of the browning. Then add the soy sauce cook for a few min and then add the chicken mix to the cabbage and stir and serve :-)
