Whole Wheat Pasta - 8 oz dry
Reduced Sodium Turkey Bacon - 6 slices
Plain non-fat yogurt - 6 oz
Light Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Red Wine Vinegar - 1/3 cup
Red Grapes - 2 cups
Broccoli Fresh - 1 cup
Stevia - 2 teaspoons
Not included in nutritional information, but also good with this recipe - red onions
Directions
Cook the whole wheat pasta, strain and set aside to cool. Cook the turkey bacon, dice, and set aside. Chop grapes and broccoli. Whish the Mayo, yogurt, red wine vinegar, and stevia. Add pasta, turkey bacon, grapes and broccoli and mix. Chill for 3 plus hours and enjoy!!
