Ingredients

3 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp HOney
1 Cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup fruit juice ( I used Oasis Tropical Passion)
1/2 scoop weider whey protein powder
Directions
Pour coconut milk into blender and slowly add the fruit until incorporated. Add the juice as needed to thin out an keep blender running. Add yogurt, protein powder and honey and blend until incorporated and smooth
