Introduction
Flourless cookies made with Quaker Oatmeal, Chocolate Chips, m&ms and peanut butter. Made a bit lighter by using light butter and Splenda Blend. Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) Land o Lakes Light Butter
1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend (OR use 1 cup sugar)
1.25 cups Brown Sugar
1.33 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 Egg White
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 TBSP Baking Soda
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
4.5 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oatmeal
1 (12 oz) package Milk Chocolate Chips
1 (regular size) Hershey w/ Almonds Bar - Finely Chopped
6 oz plain m&ms (can use milk or dark chocolate)
Tips
Let baking sheets cool between batches.
Can add in chopped almonds, pecans, or peanuts if desired.
If you use regular sugar, add about 5-10 more calories to each cookie.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350d
Spray Baking sheets with nonstick spray
Cream Butter, Sugar Blend, and Brown sugar in a large bowl.
Beat in Peanut Butter, Eggs, Egg White, Salt, Baking Soda, and Vanilla Extract
Gradually stir in Oats
Fold in Chocolate chips, m&ms, and chopped Hershey Bar pieces
Drop by heaping TBSP spoonfuls onto baking sheets
Bake for 10-12 minutes (for perfectly chewy cookies, be sure not to over-bake)
Makes about 5 dozen cookies
