    artichoke hearts, 1 can, drained and chopped
    1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
    1/2 cup light cream cheese
    1 cup nonfat sour cream
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3 tbsp light mayo
    1/2 cup grated romano
    2 cans crab meat, drained
    1 12 oz package reduced fat italian shredded cheese blend
    black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Fold in crab last. Bake in a casserole dish for 30-45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
