Ingredients

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 whole egg
1 banana
250 grams cottage cheese
0.5 cup oldfashioned oatmeal
0.33 cup dried cranberries
0.5 cup whole almonds
4 scoops protein powder
1 package stevia
1 tsp baking soda
Tips
If you wish you can add more or different nuts.
Directions
1. Crack the egg and peel the banana. With a blender mix them together with the cottage cheese so you get a smooth mixture.
2.Grind all of the dry ingredients together into a powder: Almonds, cranberries, rolled oats, protein powder, stevia, and baking soda.
3. Whisk the powder from the dry ingredients with the smoothie from the banana, the egg, and the cottage cheese.
4.Spread the extra virgin olive oil evenly across the non stick cookie sheet.
5.Spread the mixture evenly into the baking sheet and let it bake in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Enjoy your dessert.
