i buy bags of frozen fruit and keep on hand for change of flavor. the calories dont vary that much by mixing it up

makes 6 cups. blend all ingredients w 1 c ice--very smooth smoothy that i make for my kids. 180 cals for a 2 cup portion and full of nutrients.
