    - I prefer vanilla, you can use plain if you want.
    (1.5) scoops of Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Peanut
    Butter flavored Casein Protein.


Tips

Used for people lifting and taking in Protein supplements. Casein protein in a slow acting protein taken before bedtime for Muscle Retention and a healthy dose of Amino Acids for muscle recovery.


Directions

Empty Wegmans Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt into mixing bowl and mix in 1.5 scoops on Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Chocolate Peanut Butter Casein Protein and mix until evenly distributed.
