    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 100 grams (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    *Six Fortune Japanese Style Udon Noodles, Nama Udon, 270 gram(s) (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 454 grams (remove)
    *Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)


put on a large pan of water to a boil.
while it is heating, add oil to a heated wok Stir fry onion, when tender add mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes. add red pepper.
when adding the red pepper, put the noodles in the boiling water. after 2 minutes, drain noodles & add to the wok. Add the shrimpo, oyster & soy sauce, toss and cook for another 4 minuts.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings
