Ingredients

    3 cups chicken broth
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup carrots diced
    1/2 cup celery diced
    1/2 cup onion diced
    .25 cup button mushrooms sliced
    1 can Great Norther Beans
    4 cups kale chopped
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp Italian spice
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Tips

Change up veggies as you clean out your fridge! Zucchini, corn etc


Directions

Throw everything but the kale into the crock pot. Let cook for 6-8 hours on low. An hour before serving toss in chopped Kale and let cook the last hour.
