Introduction

Great for Football games or any snack time!!! Great for Football games or any snack time!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head of Cauliflower
    1 cup of Milk
    3/4 cup of Flour
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tb Butter
    3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Wings sauce
    Cooking spray

Tips

Serve w/ Celery, Carrots & Light Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing. Just don't forget to add the calories!!!


Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Clean & chop Cauliflower in bite size chunks. In a bowl mix together Milk, Garlic Powder & Flour. Spray Baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Dip each piece of Cauliflower into bowl allow excess to drip off then add to baking sheet. When Sheet is full spray the tops w/ cooking spray. Bake in oven for 18-20 min until edges are slightly brown. In a large bowl melt the butter then add Wing Sauce. Place all the Cauliflower in large bowl & toss it all together until each piece is coated.
