IntroductionA delicious smoothie as a meal. I was trying to figure out a smoothie that called for peanut butter with no banana and I could find one appealing so I threw something together with ingrediants around the house and BAM!!! 3 ice cubes
1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
1 cup Unsweetened frozen Bluberries
2 Tbsp PB2
2 tsp Truvia
PB2 is peanut butter in powder form with the oil removed, half the calories of light peanut butter.
Can be purchased at health food stores such as Nutters.
You could try putting in regular or lite peanut butter but not sure how it would blend, so you'd have to experiment.
Truvia is a stevia sweetener and comes in a white granulated form. This can also be purchased at health food stores. Tastes and looks just like sugar but is way sweeter! So for the people who are already too sweet just use 1 tsp instead of 2 tsp ;)
Shred 3 ice cubes
add 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
add 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
add 2 tbsp of PB2
add 2 tsp of Truvia
Blend it all up for a 1-2min.
Pour in tall glass and top with a straw, Delicious!!!
