Introduction

This is a quick, simple and very tasty low cal, low fat soup This is a quick, simple and very tasty low cal, low fat soup
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 large V8 spicy hot
    6 TBSP taco seasoning
    1 pack Hidden Valley ranch dressing-dry mix
    1 can of corn
    2 cans of chili beans

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion until beef is done. Add all the other ingredients into a deep pot/pasta/soup pot and simmer to blend flavors. Once the beef and onion are done add them to the big pot. Let simmer for a bit.

You can also serve this with low fat shredded cheese, fat free sour cream, chopped green onions, black olives and chips.
