Introduction

Great everyday salad dressing. Great everyday salad dressing.

Ingredients

    2 Weight Watchers Points Plus per tablespoon

    1/2 c balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c water
    1 c olive oil
    3 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp Dijon mustard
    4 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to desired taste

    *you can substitute a portion of the oil for hemp oil o flax oil to increase PUFA's (polyunsaturated fatty acids (OMEGA's)) I like to substitute 1/4 cup of the olive oil for hemp oil or flax oil, this will increase the amount of fat in the recipe, but not by much.

Tips

I make a salad with greens, dried cherries, walnuts, yellow pear tomatoes, and goat cheese and drizzle the dressing on the top.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil into the bowl of a food processor. Process ingredients for 1 minute and slowly drizzle in olive oil until well emulsified.
