    1 lb Ground Beef, browned
    1 Can corn, drained
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 to 1 cup Picante Sauce
    1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix


Be sure to drain the corn or you will end up with a soupy mess!


Brown Ground Beef, Add Tomato Sauce, corn and Picante to skillet and mix thuroughly. Pour mixture into 8x8 baking dish. Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions on package. Pour corn muffin mix on top of Beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the corn muffin is cooked.
