    lean ground beef or turkey
    diced tomatoes
    tomato sauce
    chicken broth
    beef broth
    brown rice

    optional: onions, garlic


Use a big crockpot, my standard size was overflowing.


Brown beef, put everything in crockpot, cook on low for 6 hours.
