Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 medium egg
    12 saltines (Zesta)
    1 egg
    A dash of Mrs. Dash Table Blend
    A dash of black pepper
    A dash of red pepper
    Olive oil spray

Directions

Open salmon. Pour off juice. Mix salmon, saltines and egg in bowl. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash, black pepper, and red pepper. Stir in juice. Place covered bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven at 350. Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray. Form 8 patties and place on baking sheet. Spray patties lightly with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes on each side until brown.

    Good
    Hard to shape into the patties, fell apart when i put them on cookie sheet, then some fell apart when I flipped them. Once completely cooked they stayed together I seasoned them with lemon pepper. the kids (age 9yrs to 1yr) love them and asked for more. - 6/30/14
