Ingredients

1 c garbanzo bean flour
1 c golden flax meal
1 c powdered erythritol
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 lg egg
1 c unsweetend applesauce
3/4 c water
1/2 c walnuts
Tips
I adujsted the recipe of TNLORI to a gluten free bread. Thanks for the starter.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat together the wet ingredients. Pour the applesauce mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just enoughto mosten the dry ingredients.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Cook 30-40 miutes, when toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool at least 20 minutes before reoming from pan.
Serving Size: 12 slices
