    1 Cup Oatmeal
    Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
    2 Cups Boiling Water
    Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    Cup Warm water
    1 Tablespoon Yeast
    3 Cups Wheat Flour
    3 Cups White Flour


Combine oatmeal, sugar, salt, butter, boiling water, and whole wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Mix it together until smooth. Mix warm water and yeast together in separate bowl and let sit for approx. five minutes. Add the rest of the whole wheat flour while mixing. Add the yeast mixture to the dough and mix together. Turn onto floured surface and kneed dough while adding the white flour. Divide into two loaves and let rise. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
