Ingredients

    2 packages (10 oz. each) refrigerated pizza crust
    8 oz. thinly sliced deli meat (your choice, but I love turkey or chicken)
    8 oz. thinly sliced cheese (I like swiss, but any will do)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Roll out pizza crust to 12x9 rectangle. Using half of the meat and cheese, cover with single layer of meat and cheese within 1/2 inch of edge. Starting at long side of rectangle, roll up jelly-roll style and press seam to seal. Repeat with second pizza crust and rest of meat and cheese. Place seam side down on baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, until nicely brown and cooked through. Makes 8-10 servings.
