Ingredients

    Combine marinade ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add 6-4 oz salmon fillets. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before you are ready to cook the salmon. It can be baked in the marinade.

Tips

Can also be removed from marinade and grilled.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 10 minutes for every inch of fillet thickness. Salmon is done when it flakes easily and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
