Green Hemp Smoothie

Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Kale, .5 cup, chopped
365 coconut water, 8 oz
Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields
Hemp Protein Powder, Bob's Red Mill, 2 tbsp
chia seeds, 1 tsp
This isn't a protein smoothie masquerading as a chocolate shake. But I am trying to maximize my nutrition, especially now that I am working out. I might have to train myself to like these but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't drink it.
