Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 TBSP olive oil
    3 cups of green beans, cut in half
    3 cups of chopped broccoli
    3 cups of cabbage
    1 1/2 cup of shittake mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    4 tsp of Siracha
    5 tsp of grated ginger root
    1/4 cup of chopped peanuts

Directions

cook ground turkey in 1 TBSP of olive oil until pink part is gone and then set aside. Add remaining oil and sautee onion until clear, then add ginger and garlic. Sautee cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms and green beans for about 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and siracha. Cook down a bit (about 4 minutes). Serve over brown rice. Top with peanuts.
