Introduction

This is my favorite post-workout snack! This is my favorite post-workout snack!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 2 tbsp
    Hemp Seed Nut, 2 tbsp

Tips

If desired, grind seeds in a mill before blending.
Whenever you're consuming chia seeds, remember to drink lots of water.


Directions

Blend all ingredients, less one cup of water. let sit 5 or 10 minutes for chia to absorb water, then add second cup and blend again. Drink right away.
