Introduction

I got this out of an amish cookbook but instead of using cream of mushroom soup I used the broccoli cheese soup. I got this out of an amish cookbook but instead of using cream of mushroom soup I used the broccoli cheese soup.

Ingredients

    2 12-oz. bags frozen chopped broccoli
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 10.75 oz. can broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 C. crushed croutons
    5 Tbsp. melted butter

Tips

I also used the 98% fat free soup incase anyone checks my calorie counter. But my kids loved this dish!!


Directions

Boil and drain broccoli. cream together cheese and broccoli cheese soup; mix in broccoli and salt. place in greased 3-qt casserole dish. mix croutons and melted butter together and pour evenly on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes about 16-20 1/2-C. serv.
