Ingredients

    Two frozen (or thawed) chicken breasts
    One large can of petite diced/crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
    One pound of black beans
    One can of fat free refried beans (16 oz.)

Tips

I have also added chili spices, green peppers, salsa and other low or no calorie additives.


Directions

Combine two frozen chicken breasts, one can of crushed or petite diced tomatoes, and one pound of black beans (it's easier to use canned beans than dried). Set crockpot to 'low' for 8 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred the chicken breasts with a fork. Stir and add the fat free refried beans to thicken the chili. Easy!
