Introduction

This was a very tasty way to have fish. We eat a lot of fish and things were getting very boring, even hubby loved it. This was a very tasty way to have fish. We eat a lot of fish and things were getting very boring, even hubby loved it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Flounder fillets or similar skinless white fish. I used gem fish
    For Sauce
    1/2 a cup grated low fat cheddar cheese 1/4 cup skim milk
    6 teaspoons dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    Garnish
    1 tablespoon freshly chopped or dried dill

Directions

Method
1. Preheat oven to 200c.
2. To prepare sauce combine cheese and milk in small saucepan. Cook, stirring over medium low heat until cheese melts and sauce smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in mustard and pepper.
2. Cover grill rack with foil. place fish on grill rack and spread sauce over the top of fish.
3. Bake until sauce is bubbling and fish flakes when tested with folk, about 10 minutes.
4. Serve fish on individual dinner plated, sprinkle with chopped dill. May also add srigs of dill and lemon rind strips if desired for extra garnish.
