Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, chilled
1/4 cup Silken Tofu, soft - drained
1.5 Tbsp Natural Almond butter, unsalted
Half a medium Banana, peeled & frozen
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Tips
For the banana, I peel and cut them in half then wrap them individually in plastic wrap. That way they are smoothie ready come the morning. You can also make this with other nut butters or different frozen fruit.
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
