Introduction

Ingredients


    Avocados, California (Haas), 2.5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Cilantro, raw, 12 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Salt, 1 tsp

Tips

If you don't want to have chips or taco shells, I often just put the this just on top of chicken and lettuce and eat it that way, like a salad.


Directions

Chop everything, squeeze lemon over, add salt to your taste, stir and serve.
