Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 catfish filets
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Old Bay
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tbsp of coconut oil

Tips

You can make extra, refrigerate and have lunch the next day. This is yummy over sald. Serve with fresh lemon wedges or make your own paleo tarter sauce.

Directions

1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.
2. Combine almond flour, onion and garlic powder and Old Bay in a shallow bowl.
3. Beat the egg in a second bowl.
4. Dip fish in milk mixture, shake off excess and then lay in "breading" coating the entire fish. Repeat with remaining fish.
5. Place fish in skillet and cook eat side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Be careful flipping that the fish doesn't fall apart and/or you don't lose too much of the breading.
6. Remove fish and place on a stack of paper towels. Serve immediatly.
