Introduction

Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl. Add salt, olive oil and five cups of flour and mix with dough hook on low for 1 minute. Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time. Mix until dough started to clean sides of bowl and then mix another 2 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl and sit in a warm, draft free place for about an hour until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down. Brush pizza pans with oil, sprinkle with cornmeal. Press dough across bottom of pan, forming a collar around the edge to hold toppings. Add toppings as desired. Ingredients

    6 cups all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp of bakers yeast
    2 cups of hot tap water
    1 tsp of salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal

Tips

I divide the dough into individual pizza sizes so people can top them according to their tastes. Great to have in the freezer for the kids to take for lunches.


Directions

Bake pizzas in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
