Ingredients:
8 fingerling potatoes, precooked and sliced into 3rds
Can of Artichoke Hearts, quartered
1 med onion, sliced
1/2 package of Kielbasa (one large link) sliced into 16 pieces
16 medium sized shrimp in shell, raw
4 Mini Frozen Corn on the cob
Old bay seasoning- to taste
Salt and pepper- to taste
4 ounces of beer
1 Lemon, sliced into wedges
Tips

Serving size, per serving is 4 shrimp, 4 pieces of Kielbasa, 1 corn cob, and 6 potato pieces with onions and artichokes as desired.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a 8x13 pan, layer the sliced potatoes, artichoke hearts, sliced onion, sliced kielbasa, shrimp, and corn on the cob
3. Season to taste with old bay seasoning,salt and pepper.
4. Pour the beer over into the pan and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until shrimp is opaque and potatoes are soft.
6. Serve with squeezed lemon wedges over the top.
