Ingredients

    One Ripe Plantain
    One can of Progresso Black Beans
    Vegetable Oil
    Mexican Cream (crema) **Optional

Directions

Open can of beans and pour into blender with two tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth with thick consistency. Set aside.

In pan, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil heat on medium temperature.
Slice plantian lengthwise making two long peices. Fry plaintain for approximatly 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan onto plate.

In the same pan, pour beans from blender and cook until heated. Place beans alongside plantain and Mexican cream (optional)-enjoy.
