Introduction
I usually find it hard to cook, plus fried and cooked items tend to increase in calories. So I make this sandwich. It makes us grow taller and it's nutritional. Ingredients
-
1. Onions (duh!!) about 3 to 4 slices would do.
2. Tomatoes , about 2 slices would do.
3. Cucumber, peel it and slice it thin.
4. Boiled Egg, use only the whites, feed the yolk to a kid.
5. Boiled/Mashed Potato, You can omit this if you like but it improves the taste.
6. Bread, two slices...use one and cut in half to save calories.
(You can add ketchup, sauce or any chutney on top)
Tips
Take care with the knife...I got a nasty cut making it once.
Directions
1. Lay the bread on a flat surface
2. Arrange the slices of veggies and egg whites any how you please
3. Sprinkle with ketchup or chutney(optional)
4. Lay the other slice of bread on top
