Introduction

This is a recipie idea I got off the net. I have made it several times and husband loves it. This is a recipie idea I got off the net. I have made it several times and husband loves it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pack of purdue thin cut chicken breast, cut into small pieces.
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 can of diced tomatoes with green chili
    dash of pepper
    dash of dried pepper flakes
    1 10 oz. package of frozen onions
    about 2 cups of vegetable juice
    1 cup or 1 green bell pepper, chopped.

Directions

cut up chicken, set aside
Put the rest of the ingredients into a crcokpot, then top those off with the cut up chicken.

Put crockpot setting on High for about 3-4 hours.
Can be served over rice, or with cornbread.

Makes about 4 servings.
