Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of rotel
    1 can of corn
    1 can of diced jalapenos
    1 package of reduced sodium taco seasoning
    3 cups water

Tips

you can add any number of additional ingredients from chicken broth to other hot peppers.
You can serve it alone or other tortilla chips with cheese and sour cream


Directions

Cook your chicken breasts in 2 cups of water for about 4 hours on high until cooked all the way through. Shred the chicken.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot and stir well.
cook on high for another 3 hours
