Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    14.5 oz Stew tomatoe
    2~ 10 oz diced tomatoes with chili peppers
    15.5 oz Goya black Beans
    15.5 oz Goya Chick peas ~ drained
    1 small diced zuccini
    12 baby carrots cut into threes ~ Bite size
    1 cup chopped ~ Chunk onion
    galric powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup reduce fat cheddar cheese shred for garnish

Tips

If you need it to be spicey add some hot sauce durin g cooking process. I find the diced tomatoes with chili peppers to be hot enough for me.


Directions

sauce pan on stove top, place in all ingredience in order. put on simmer. cook stirring occassionaly until vegs are tender.
Pour into bowl garnish with a tbsp of Cheese
