Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 lb Jalapeno cheddar chicken sausage
    1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15-oz) can canellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (16-oz) can chili beans, mild
    1 1/2 cups black bean and corn salsa
    1 1/2 cups frozen sweet corn
    1/2 cup water
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp garlic powder

Tips

Serve with cheese, avocado, cilantro, etc...whatever you think would be good (not included in calories).


Directions

Cut sausage in half lengthwise and then slice. Add all ingredients to slow-cooker. Cover and cook 4-6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1/2-cup side servings or 8 1-cup main servings
