Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water
    3 hard boiled eggs
    1 Tbs Light Mayo
    Mustard (optional)
    Onions, diced (optional)
    Green Peppers, diced (optional)

Directions

Hard boil and chill eggs, set aside. In a small bowl, combine can of tuna, low fat mayo and any other ingredients you like in Tuna Salad, I prefer to add a tsp of mustard, diced onion and green pepper. Mix together until all ingredients have an even coat. Next crack and peel your eggs. Cut in half long-ways, remove yolks from center and throw away. Fill egg halves with about 1 Tbs of tuna salad mixture. Serve and enjoy.
