    1 egg white
    enough bread crumbs to make it stick together

You can add spices like garlic, salt, pepper, etc. to this as well to give it more flavor.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl while a nonstick skillet is heating up on the stove on medium heat. Make a patty of the mixture and then cook on both sides until cooked through.
