    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)
    *Great Value Iodized Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)


If you don't have ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice will work as well.


Combine and mix applesauce and eggs till slightly foamy. In separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir gently till well mixed. Continue adding eggs, zucchini and vanilla to wet mixture. Once all wet ingredients have been combined, slowly add the dry mixture. Once dough is mixed, pour into two greased loaf pans (I used cooking spray). Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, approx. 8 slices per loaf.
