Ingredients

8 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Egg Noodles
14 oz. leftover turkey pieces (about 4 cups)
1/2 c. light mayo
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
35 grams French's fried onion
1 T. butter
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain.
3. Saute onion and red pepper in butter. Set aside.
4. In a small saucepan, blend soup, milk and cheese; heat through. Set aside.
5. In large bowl, combine noodles, turkey, mayonnaise, seasonings, onion mixture, and soup mixture.
6. Pour ingredients into greased 9x13 baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with french's fried onions.
8. Bake at 375 for 20-25, uncovered or until heated through.
