Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 lb baby salad shrimp, thawed
    2 tsp oil
    1 package frozen stir fry vegetables, cooked in microwave
    2 cups water
    2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, shrimp or oriental flavor

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan and add cooked frozen vegetables. Stir fry a few minutes. Add water, uncooked noodles, and flavor packets and cook and stir 3-4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Add shrimp and heat through. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
