Introduction

I loved the biggest loser salad I added a couple extra ingredients and it makes a big bowl full so it is a bit more calories than their version but Dang it is tasty! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup lettuce
    1/4 cucumber
    1 roma tomato
    1/8 of a red onion
    3 basil leaves
    some olives
    some parmesan cheese

    Dressing:
    5 tbls olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tbls honey
    salt and pepper

Directions

Mix the dressing and let chill while you cut up the salad stuff. Chop everything in small bite size pieces for a nice chopped salad effect. Toss with dressing and chill for about 10 minutes before eating.

Serving Size: 1 or 2 servings makes a good size portion
