Ingredients

1 fresh red or pink Grapefruit (3-3/4" diameter)
2 servings I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray (5 sprays=1 serving)
.25 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tsps. brown sugar
Directions
Yield: 1 serving
Wash grapefruit & dry thoroughly. Cut in half & using a grapefruit knife or serrated knife section grapefruit, while maintaining it within the rind half. Spray 5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on each half of grapefruit. Put 1/2 cinnamon on one half of grapefruit & rest on other half. Put 1 tsp. of brown sugar on half of grapefruit & other tsp. on other half. Turn oven to broil and immediately put grapefruit (in casserole dish or pan) in oven. Broil for 10 minutes or until bubbly & very warm.
