Ingredients

    10 Medium sized tomatoes
    Juices from tomatoes
    2 Tbs lemon juice

Tips

Canning with the water hot will cause the jars to crack.


Directions

Dice tomatoes, cutting out stems and bad spots. Pack in quart bottles with lemon juice. Fill with tomato juices. Place in water bath canner with cold water. Bring to a boil for 45 minutes at 4500 feet elevation.
