Introduction

This is a wrap I get at a Diner near me it is very large and comes in three pieces. My recipe is two pieces and I eat one. This is a wrap I get at a Diner near me it is very large and comes in three pieces. My recipe is two pieces and I eat one.

Ingredients

    1 4oz Chicken Breast
    1 tbs Italian Dressing
    1/2 cup of Red Roasted Pepper
    2 slices Provolone Cheese
    2 Large Lettuce Leafs
    2 slices tomato
    4 sm 4" Pita Breads

Directions

Marinate chicken in salad dressing for 1 hour.
Grill chicken 5 min per side or done
Place two Pitas on dish, layer 1/2 slice Cheese on both, then 1/2 chicken, 1/2 Peppers, 1/2 lettuce, 1 slice tomatoes and top with 1/2 slice cheese again Close up with 2 more pitas
Press in Panini pan or Foreman grill till cheese is melted .
Serves 2
