Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 lb lean chicken or turkey sausage
2 anaheim chile peppers chopped
(also called banana peppers - use hotter peppers if desired)
1 whole onion chopped
1 whole bell pepper
(1 cup mixed color pepper strips)
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp chile powder or taco seasoning
1 tbsp red chile
4 14oz cans tomatoes
6 14 oz cans beans - mixed varieties
Directions
Brown ground beef and sausage in a large stock pot. Add onions peppers and spices. When meat is fully cooked add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for at least 1 hour - enjoy!
Makes about 30 servings enough to share or freeze.
